Warranty and Returns policy

We endorse a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not exceptionally satisfied with any product from Detail Central, we will work with you to identify the issue and assist with the problem, If you are still not satisfied, we will organize with you to have the product returned and inspected. Once we have received the product we'll refund amount is equal to the value of goods minus shipping costs. (note this is subject to our discretion)

All issues related to products must be lodged in writing within 7 working days of receiving the items.

Products received in a broken state must be reported within 7 working days of receiving the goods and returned as soon as possible for Detail Central to send out a replacement. (NOTE: Detail Central is not responsible for the cost of return shipping)

All items are sold with a Standard Warranty that ensures the items you ordered are received by you in good working order and are able to be used as intended by the manufacturer and/or as specified by Detail Central.
