APS Pro FV50 is an extension (Flex PXE80 Extension Bar) developed especially for the Flex PXE80 battery-powered mini polishing machine, which increases the distance between the backing plate and the gear head of your Flex PXE80 by 50mm.

APS Pro FV50 - 50mm extension has the same diameter as the original FLEX PXE80 accessory and can be screwed in series with 2, 3 or even 4 extensions. Thanks to precise manufacturing with small tolerance gaps , there is no imbalance or other impairment of the rotary movement even at maximum speeds . 

Attention: NOT suitable in connection with PXE80 eccentric attachments!

APS Pro FV50 can also be used as an extension for APS Pro FVA50 . Since the PXE 80 extension adapter cannot be linked, an APS Pro FV50 can take over the extension function here if distances of 10 cm and more are desired.

APS Pro FVA50 is an extension adapter specially developed for the FLEX PXE80, which enables the attachment of the rotary nano-polishing accessories (nano-backing plates, mini-polishing cups, flexible shafts, etc.) to the Flex PXE 80 mini-polishing machine.

APS Pro FVA50 - 50mm extension adapter can be extended with the also available APS Pro FV50 50mm extension if necessary.

APS PRO FP50 - Ø50MM BACKING PAD / VELCRO PAD SUITABLE FOR FLEX PXE80 CORDLESS MINI POLISHER closes the gap between the 30mm and 75mm backing pad and allows the unrestricted use of Ø50mm polishing sponges !

With the Flex PXE 80 10.8-EC cordless mini polishing machine , the German manufacturer Flex reacted very surprisingly to the growing demand for handy mini polishers for paint care on narrow components in and on the vehicle, hard-to-reach areas and spot repairs . With the very good quality, perfect ergonomics , the innovative, tool-free quick-change system for exchanging drive types, stroke sizes and backing plate sizes, Flex was able to convince many professional conditioners and end customers immediately . The Flex PXE 80 10.8-EC cordless mini polishing machine supports two Velcro plate sizes: 30mm and 75mm . These Velcro plates should completely cover both areas of the mini and nano polish . 

But Flex did this calculation without the car care scene. Even before the first Flex PXE80 cordless mini polishers were available and at the latest after the first intensive practical use, it became clear that an intermediate size of Ø50mm Velcro was urgently needed.

With the APS Pro FP50 , APS is traditionally following the cry of the car care community and is now supplying the missing and long-awaited Ø50mm Velcro plate suitable for Flex PXE 80 . The Ø50mm is a unique combination of stylish black PU on a metal core, has a chic conical shape and of course has the same weight as the original Flex special Velcro pads for PXE80. APS Pro FP50 enables a comfortable use of 50mm polishing sponges without disturbing vibrations or other impairments or restrictions.

The 9mm high plate body is made of flexible polyurethane and, thanks to its foam rubber-like texture, supports the best possible compensation in the event of misdirection as well as the maximum possible pressure distribution when using the hard polishing discs or grinding flowers. The conical shape of the support plate enables an optimal top view and perfect guidance control in critical border areas .

APS Pro FP50 backing pad suitable for Flex PXE80 is ideal for all areas of application, for which the small Ø30mm backing pad and the matching polishing pads are too small and the Ø75mm Velcro pad too big. The Ø48mm Velcro mount of the APS Pro FP50 backing pad reliably holds all polishing pads and polishing sponges in the size of Ø50-60mm .
